Hôtel de L’Océan is perfect and the stuff is super friendly. Just keep in mind that you can’t drive directly to the hotel. Instead, avoid driving through the city centre and head for Parking Indigo Biarritz Sainte-Eugénie, 2 Place Sainte-Eugénie. From there, it’s just a short walk to the hotel.
