Slightly dated property but friendliness of older proprietors and knowledge of area more than make up for this. Welcoming happy hour wine with wonderful stories combined with awesome breakfast make this a place to stay in Calistoga.

Needed a place to stay for event in Napa. Found the Bear Flag Inn and it was a pleasant surprise. More affordable than most places and really enjoyed meeting new people at the breakfast in the sunroom. Our hosts were great.
