The hotel staff was great and were accommodating even though Expedia forgot to send my booking details😡. David at the front desk helped a lot, special kudos!

The room was not cleaned twice in 4 days. When complained, the complaint was dismissed summarily. Quite rude in fact. It was as if they were doing an obligation rather than the other way around. Some staff were really good.
