Staff were very helpful and tried their best to meet all our requirements.

I stayed here for a few days. It was the second place I stayed in Bangkok. No complaints at all. The staff were great, the room was relatively large and clean, the location was great, and everything was nice. I didn't make use of the pool or gym, so I cannot comment on that. But everything I did use was great.

Air conditioner too loud, only negative I had. Otherwise the place is very comfortable.
