good staff, clean room.

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. Room was clean and the overall hotel was too. Only drawback is it was far, 25 min, to Madrid center.

The rooms were surprisingly very big and comfortable. The staff was the best part of our stay though: friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was great. Quiet and convenient location. Keep in mind that it’s a €50 taxi ride.
Front desk staff was NOT friendly. She was quite rude and dismissive. Did not enjoy neither of the interactions i had with her
