Beds were a bit hard and pillows were extremely flat. Also, the air conditioning didn't really work well.
Other than those concerns, casaBASE was was good. Despite minimal staff present, all the facilities were present, clean, and welcoming.
Overall, it was a nice area and a nice hostel.

Due to my arrival time, I had to self check-in, which I hadn’t done before but the team were very friendly over email and the process was easy. The room itself was beautifully presented and exactly what I needed for my trip. The only thing that could’ve improved it was a little more information in the room about things like cleaning and other policies, as well perhaps a few local recommendations for restaurants, etc. Otherwise, a great place!
