The bedroom had cockroaches.

Staff service is awesome. They are all eager to help. The resort is nice but our room had issue with toilet. I still highly recommend as I feel service is more important than anything.

Clean bungalow set in a pretty, well-maintained natural setting. Good views of the volcano. Decent breakfast with both hot and cold foods available. Not too far from the town of La Fortuna.
