8 / 10Eccellente·mar 2026
Restaurant staff and food very good. Front desk very good. Housekeeping did a poor job, cleaned room once and did not provide hand towels or wash clothes. Common areas are good with the exception of the gym which was totally inadequate.
Lobby, bar, pool areas very nice.
Rooms need an upgrade a little worn.
Bed was very nice

Everything about this hotel was great!!

The hotel was quite stunning with a feeling of luxury, in a great location. Whilst the hotel looked luxurious, the experience itself just lacked a bit of polish to give it 5 stars (systems down at check in, no message to advise the room was ready, no towels left in the room after house keeping, the reception and in house dining phones ringing out several times before answer etc)

I would stay here over the One Hotel West Hollywood which I have stayed at before
Because it is convenient to so many things and it also has a boutique feel of not being so large, and I also felt like it would cater more to adults although you could go there with children I like the whole vibe of the hotel
I especially loved how they had complementary coffee downstairs every morning at the front desk fresh brew, of course
Also, I love that they had a filtered water dispenser in the gym because I was able to fill up my travel bottle water to get water every day
The lobby is very beautiful, and the rooms are very comfortable
