My stay was very pleasant.
The room felt a little small, but I think that’s just because I am a considerably large person. The hotel was clean, the room came stocked with water, coffee, and glassware, the staff were friendly and helpful, there was on site laundry, and the location was absolutely phenomenal. Fifteen minute walk from parks, downtown, local markets, lots of great restaurants. and in my case the YOKKAO Muay Thai gym. I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again, albeit a larger room.

as a long term visitor to Bangkok, I put this hotel down as a definite find! Staff etc really helpful.On an alley off the bottom of a Soi but many amenities etc. around. Only thing I would say is for taxis etc. give them the address/ show them web page of the restaurant at the bottom of the alley as there is a hotel with a similar name nearby, which can get confusing and then direct them or take a short walk to the hotel from there
