The staff was attentive from the beginning to end. Great location in the Nimman area, walkable to a lot of locations for tourists. The room was spacious with good views.

The staff at this hotel are phenomenal. Especially Oi, Preen and Oat. I took a premier suite. The room is so spacious and I loved the layout. Water pressure in the shower is very good and the amenities were of a really good quality. Breakfast was nice but bit more variety at the buffet would be nice. There was a lot of pork offerings but someone who doesn't eat pork it would have been nice to have some smoked salmon or more cheese selection to go with the bread and croissants. However, their a la carte breakfast offerings were very good - Thai and English dishes available. I would not hesitate in coming back to this hotel.
