Perfect location after a late night arrival, close to the station. That said, there are some unsavoury characters near the station at night! Very loud and no air con so had to open windows, thus making it louder. Door didn't lock on close, only when I was in. Hotel is dated but was cheap and its Paris so no issues

It was a central location to navigate ourselves across Paris ,via metro and buses and opposite EuroTunnel Gare du Nord.
Basic clean accomodation, managed without additional 10 euro charges for additional towels and room clean.
Breakfast buffet yes basic ,but considering it was free ok.
Sky line photos taken from room.
