Staff was helpful and kind, rooms where clean but could use a up date had that mildew smell, but was right on the water with a fabulous view and short drive to beach.

We’ve been coming to Falmouth for 30 years and 25 of them have been at Green Harbor Waterfront Lodge. We love the atmosphere, its proximity to things to do (breweries, wineries, hiking, shopping, P-Town, restaurants), and the view of the water from every room. The rooms with the kitchenette make it very homey and inexpensive. And the people who run it are always so welcoming. Oh and this place is super dog friendly, which we love.
