The Edwardian experience like no other! Excellent breakfast, cooked for you from the menu. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room and hospitality tray.
Room needed re wall papering and the shower was just warm enough but the water from the basin tap was very hot. Petrol station across the road with shop. Great pub across the road and walking distance to town.

This has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The building itself is stunning and the furniture fits in incredibly well and helps keep the hotels character authentic. The level of cleanliness was outstanding and you can tell the owners and staff take a genuine pride in making sure the hotel is kept to an exceptional standard. Breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked with good quality ingredients. Fantastic location with a train station 5 minutes walk away and a fantastic bar close by. Easy walking distance to the local town and bars but also not too close that noise becomes an issue. Would absolutely stay here again and if anyone is visiting the area I would highly recommend staying here.
