The room we stayed in on the 11th floor was clean, but it had a beaten vinyl floor like a college frat house. Other than that, the location was convenient and the stay was comfortable. I would stay here again.

very close to all the bustle of Kokusai, right on the very street, with combinis 7-eleven & family mart next door; excellent ramen in basement left of FM; got the wide 2 bed room giving all the space needed, 3 elevators for fast service, v good breakfast buffet in hotel, no worries in keeping room cool during summer with in-room control, will definitely stay here again.
