Jay at the front desk was extremely friendly and fun to talk to. He made check in easy and had some great recomendations for places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable but the conditioner was empty which was a bummer.

The bed was very comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Only drawback was the trains going by all night.

A bit beat up on the outside, but who cares? Great location, fantastic rooms, excellent staff - thanks to Sandra and Diamond and Jay! And honestly, one of the most comfortable beds I've ever had. Many thanks!
