The staffs at service desk are very good, cooperative and friendly to help what they could help.
Generally, the room is ok for staying somehow clean and safe aiming the visit of Dubai for more of close proximity for shopping and visiting marketplaces than for leisure.
The bathroom of my room needs to be refurbished up to the standard as it is already wearied and teared.
Although my room was non-smoking the guests in neighbor room were polluting with smoke and the corridor was filled with this health risk dirty cigarette smell. The Hotel should have strick rule to take required action and put signs on visible places and referring such offence to the applicable local law enforcement.
