We had a comfortable stay at this place. This is a clean and affordable accommodation. Staff weee very helpful and good breakfast.
It would have been better if pedestal fans were available to beat the hot weather in the night.

The staff were very friendly and polite and the chef is good. The hotel is in a good location for walking and driving around Jersey. It's on a fairly busy road but heavy blinds and curtains kept our room quiet. We didn't use the outdoor pool but it must be nice in hot weather. The bedrooms could benefit from updating. There was evidence of carpets being replaced which is well overdue in some parts of the hotel. We had ivy growing through our window frame. The WiFi signal in our room was very weak. The hotel is a maze of corridors. The huge number of steps everywhere would make it unsuitable for people with mobility issues.
