The room seemed like it had not been cleaned. The bed was made but some things still seemed dirty. The pajamas had a makeup stain on it. There was hair in the tub. It felt like they did not give the room a regular cleaning after the folks checked out. The staff were nice, plenty of washer/dryer (only took 100 yen coins), and they offered free drinks in the lobby.
