Great staff and very clean rooms! Only thing I didn’t like was the steps/ladder into the top capsule is quite awkward to use. Overall a great stay!

Booked a private room with an en suite as a cheap option in London. I imagine most will be visiting when travelling, but I booked as a cheap option for a business overnight trip and just took a chance. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Free WiFi. I imagine it might be noisy on the lower floors but I was near the top and it was absolutely fine. Only criticism is that room was really warm.
Really conveniently located and honestly, I'd book it again for a cheap and cheerful convenient option!

I've stayed many times in the past.The village and the INR extremely good.Well, staffed and very friendly and helpful to me.The adjustments because of I prefer a lower bunk.Everything was done, and the information required.Look forward to my next day next stay
