Everything you need is in apartment. Trams are right outside and Southern Cross rail and Skybus a short walk down the road.

This is a great apartment accommodation (no servicing though) very well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom amenities. Excellent location. Tram stop right outside an easy walk to Spencer outlet. Pool and spa for guests too!
Only negative, we had a 2br 1bath room. Was really obvious the room actually had an ensuite as well behind a looked door with a sign saying we had only paid/booked for 1 bath so use the other one. While this is true when booking there was no option for a 2 bath apartment, if there was I would have taken it. In reality over a 4 night stay how much does cleaning the extra bathroom at the end of stay actually cost? $50? I would have paid. Overall apartment was tired and a bit rundown but great location made up for it

The room is amazing—clean and comfortable. The property is conveniently located, especially since it’s close to South Cross Station. We arrived late and missed check-in time; however, the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, which helped resolve the situation. We received the bond refund quickly. Overall, it was a perfect stay.
