The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke English fluently. We were able to check in a little bit earlier to drop off our luggage and explore the area more.
The rooms were clean and the electronic console beside the bed was very convenient. The only minor disappointment was that the hotel housekeeping was on a two day schedule.
The lobby offered free water bottles and umbrellas for guests which was greatly appreciated. (It was raining during our stay.)

Nice hotel with a lot of potential to be better. 24/7 staff that are friendly. Room spacious. Not the cleanest, hence stating themselves as "2 star" but our stay was still good. Close to station and 10 min walk to MyeongDong

The staff are amazing and really go above and beyond to help. The free laundry room was great. The location is perfect and easy to walk to popular places or hop on the train and bus.
