Great location with partial lake view - private bathroom is very nice for families with children. Kids really enjoyed the stay and gave it a five star comparing to Sheraton (which we paid double the price while at the same time is nothing really better)

I think most US travelers (like myself) assume a hostel is just a crash pad for younger teens/college kids. This particular hostel was more like a budget motel - there were adults there while on work trips, families, etc. in addition to younger solo/group travelers. So if you’re worried about a loud, rowdy environment, that’s not the case at all.
The property was very clean and well-maintained and the staff were all very kind and helpful. Personally, I think the location is PERFECT for visiting Stockholm because it puts you right in the center of everything - you’re within walking distance of just about every famous landmark - Gamla Stan, Strandvägen, Vasa Museum, Royal Palace and other beautiful government buildings, etc. Would definitely come back!

Welcoming and helpful staff, and staffed 24/7 a bonus. Loved my room. Well equipped kitchen. Superb and convenient location.

We had such a wonderful time staying here! The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized, with a beautiful view of the water. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and pleasant. We truly loved our stay and enjoyed every moment here. We would definitely love to come back!
