Out of town, but across from the beach area. Staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent.

This is a nice hotel right across the street from the beach. The breakfast buffet was diverse and adequate if not great. My only real "complaint" is that there are no close dining options, and everything is a bit of a walk or a necessary taxi ride away. The area looks like it was once conceived as a great tourist area, but never fully developed. Lots of empty lots surround the hotel, and it looks even more rural than one expects. It's about a 10 minute taxi ride in to Hoi An from here, but taxis are easy enough to hail through an appropriate app. The swimming pool is large and well cared for. My son and I enjoyed the pool and facilities very much.

The internet was Intermittent, there were dried boogers on our sitting area walls... Yuckk!!! The hotel had a "bar" but couldn't or wouldn't make cocktails when we asked on 2 different occasions.
The breakfast buffet was a joke. Every other hotel we have stayed at had multiple juices in the morning. If I had to do it all over I wouldn't have booked this hotel.
