The hotel is in a quiet part of the Old Town but only a very short walk from excellent bars and restaurants. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was beautifully presented. Beds made and fresh towels each morning with a thoughtful treat left each evening. The breakfast was of a very high quality including Cava as an option! On the roof is a terrace bar with loungers and a splash pool large enough to fully immerse oneself. Essential after a hot day. My wife and I felt very well cared for. She has already been on Expedia to try and book our next visit to the hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel set in the heart of the old town. From arrival to departure, every aspect of our stay was handled effortlessly. From the sun hats in our room to the sun cream on the roof terrace, everything had been thought through to ensure a very easy, restful stay. Many thanks to Veronica on the front desk for her assistance and warm welcome. I would not hesitate to return here the next time I visit Palma.

Everything was excellent;
- location in the old town - quiet area but minutes walk from all the attractions, shops and restaurants,
- large, clean and well maintained room
- staff helpfulness,
- breakfast, with good selection of fresh produce,
- rooftop bar and sitting area to retire to and soak up some sunshine.
Thoroughly recommend it.
