Looked after us really well with an upgrade and cava and food gifts in the room as we arrived as newlyweds. Really nice experience.

The hotel itself is faultless. It really is a 4 star hotel. The staff were really friendly and professional, the room was spacious, exceptionally clean and great amenities.
The air con worked amazingly well in the unusually hot weather (hot even for Barcelona apparently).
We relied on public transport so it wasn’t as quick and easy to pop from the hotel to the city centre etc but this is by no means a negative to the hotel - just good for others to be aware of.

Great location and a pleasant stay, friendly and professional l staff, I am very happy with the hotel. However, I don’t understand why the NH Hotel always has to use such a strong perfume scent throughout the hotel. It can be quite overwhelming.
