The staff went above and beyond all expectations in accommodating me with a room change.
Excellent service!

Hotel is nice, clean and staff is very very helpful.
AC did not work so room was warm in April and the street noise made it too loud to open the window.
No coffee maker in the room but breakfast was excellent.
Close to the train station and very walkable to squares for other amenities.
