Great hotel and locations. Cafe was lacking options on a Sunday morning but only a very minor issue. Overall we had a great visit.

I was really disappointed. I was originally booked for a king size bed at the Mecure then got apparently upgraded to a room at the Pullman. The staff member was lovely that’s not the issue. It was the fact that I was downgraded with a room that had a bad view. The shower took a while to correct the temperature and really tiny coffee cups. So I felt deceived on a level as the original room was why I booked this hotel.
I gave it four stars as the bar and lounge area was beautiful and the service downstairs was prompt and friendly. However I will not return to this hotel again. Definitely don’t like to be told an upgrade with two beds I didn’t need was the truth. Thanks 🙏
