The staff were very obliging, in particular, at breakfast, always a friendly smile.
The manager was extremely helpful, and showed concern and helpfulness when we had to make unforseen travel changes to our onward journey.

This hidden gem inside the Galleria truly stood out during my travels. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the rooms are spotless. As an avid traveler who has stayed in many hotels, I can confidently say this is one of my favorites. Teresa at the front desk offered us fantastic suggestions for exploring the area, and Caterina was the sweetest person in the breakfast area. If I return to Naples, this is undoubtedly where I’ll stay.

Amazing hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. We were a group of friends travelling together and had the best time. The interior of the hotel is something to see. Big delicious breakfast.
