We really enjoyed this hotel.

Stayed here many times previously.
Excellent stay again no issues.
Little disappointed with the check in guy who stated I had been given a complimentary upgrade to an executive room.
This was not the case and it was a standard room.
Why lie? I’m not a novice traveller.
Quite frankly I could not be bothered to complain .
Smoking area outside the bar was in a terrible state!
It was dirty disgusting with lots of rubbish inc broken bottles and glasses. Ashtrays were brimful and hadn’t been emptied for ages.
Chris and all his colleagues at breakfast were fantastic. Totally professional helpful and in good vibes.

A very clean and well maintained hotel. The staff are very helpful and courteous.
A god buffet breakfast which is well stocked and warm. I’ve stopped here many times with business and it’s always consistently top notch
