The reception staff were extremely efficient and responsive, which made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay.
When there was a problem with the toilet in my room, they immediately arranged for a mechanical staff member to come and fix it. I had also mistakenly booked the morning shuttle for the wrong time, but the receptionist quickly adjusted the schedule and arranged for the driver to pick me up earlier.
Although there was often only one person working at the front desk, the service was always prompt, organized, and reliable. I was very impressed by how quickly and professionally everything was handled.
The room was also clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit the area.

Breakfast was amazing. There was a waffle station, pastry station ( English muffins , cinnamon swirl muffins, bagels), sausage, potatoes, and eggs. Coffee was good, not the cheap bitter stuff like most hotels have. The property looks new. We loved the hot tub and the pool, very clean.
