Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Helped me get my misplaced bag back and gave great information about the local area.
Very much a business type hotel mostly a commercial area.

The rooms were very clean and neat. The service at the front desk is very helpful, especially since they have a staff can speak Japanese:) And they upgraded all my booked rooms to the suite from standard. THANK YOU!
