I wanted proximity to the university and the hotel is just a few blocks walking distance from the university, as well as right across the street from a metro station that will also take you to the university.
clean room, good staff, no issues. great Taiwanese/Chinese restaurant down the street toward the University and a great Irish pub with live music in the opposite direction. Pharmacy and grocery store across the street near the metro.
What more could you ask for.

We were able to use the gym showers before we took a night time flight home. The room was fantastic clean and we loved the cafe in the library opposite for breakfast.

Would have appreciated a full size ironing board instead of the mini one provided as I almost burned myself three times using it as it tipped over. A small fridge and alarm clock would have been useful as we had some pastries that needed to be kept cold along with some drinks. Otherwise, we had a very nice experience. Clean, quiet and affordable. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The valet service did a good job with my vehicle also. We will gladly return again.

Great location, lovely property, nice sized room and friendly staff. Only drawback was weak-ish water pressure while we were there.
