RAVIDA SUITES

Hotel was lovely, staff friendly and easy to check in. The beds however we're awful the mattress was so hard it hurt my hips I could only lie on my back which wasn't great all night every night. Breakfast wasn't the best although there was plenty I was so fed up of pastry stuff. Cleaners came each day! View from our room wasn't much we had the triple room just oversea buildings and hear cars beep alot. Outside of the hotel locals were rude and obnoxious, however staff at this hotel were friendly and kind and arranged our airport transfer with ease and that I am grateful for. The purpose of our trip was solely to visit pompeii ruins and Mount Vesuvius as my 9 year old daughter had been learning about it in school, which we achieved, however I would not return due to the rude people that surrounded such a beautiful place! Probably sick of tourists yet considering we help the economy by visiting you'd think they would have abit of courtesy! Ravida suites was a lovely hotel but certainly need to invest in softer mattresses.
