It's a working farm with all sorts of farm animals around, most of them pretty friendly too.
Apart from a very occasional trains running, this was the quietest quiet place I've ever seen.

We loved it here and will definitely come back From the warm and friendly welcome to the copious continental breakfast we had everything we needed for a perfect overnight stay The farmland, animals and pleasant garden provide a tranquil setting Our comfortable room was newly decorated with a large en suite bathroom and great shower We particularly liked the large well equipped kitchen and dining room available to guests Given perfect weather we chose to eat our meal in the garden on the comfortable furniture provided All in all a perfect place to stay
