Quiet, very well appointed and looked after. Close to all amenities of Leamington proper and only a short 15-20 minute drive to the park. The best of both worlds!

Rooms are a little small. Quiet, clean and comfortable

Looks better in concept than in execution. The useful-looking bedside lamp with multiple ports/outlets in the base looked useful, except nothing (not even the lamp bulb) worked, even though it was plugged in. The two pot lights over the desk also looked like a thoughful touch, except I could not find a switch for them (or else they, too, don't work). Having said that, everything was very clean, the fridge worked, the bed was quite comfortable and all the washroom plumbing worked perfectly. The price was very high for the level of quality and amenities, but that's the norm for peak birding season in Leamington. I'm sure the rates aren't so bad the rest of the year.
