this hotel is the best in Beijing...Staff , restaurants, rooms

The service was not attentive enough. Staff did not proactively assist with luggage when I was leaving, and customers were not greeted in the hallway.
The lobby was chaotic, and staff did not provide clear instructions.
During checkout, staff did not notice that the fee had already been prepaid and tried to charge me again.
Terrible customer experience considering it is a 5 star hotel.
Room is clean with pleasant smell.
