Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, great location. Adjacent to so many attractions, public transit and restaurants. Pet friendly and family friendly.

Room was very clean, breakfast was rather abundant! You’ll have a hard time finding something for the price and so close to major tourist attractions and public transit.
The spa wasn’t open, neither was the bar, but the breakfast was great! The staff were all super friendly! Most spoke English as well as other languages.
Our only complaint was the heater couldn’t turn off and the shower door didn’t seal at the bottom causing water to leak out and onto the carpet.
That being said, the staff were on top of it. We will certainly be staying here again on our next trip out in a couple of months.
Thank you all!

Great rooms and breakfast. 1star property rating because spa prominently featured on Web site and even in elevator.
Upon arrival informed spa closed for weeks with no opening date determined. Told reception was main reason we selected hotel and no compensation offered. Still listed on web site. Felt it was a bait and switch.

Everything was great. Especially the wellness area (sauna + hot tub) with a small extra fee!
