Smooth check in process, clean and spacious room, comfy bed and pillows - only downside was the noise from the traffic as it’s on a very busy main road but the price was good so I’d recommend it.

Hotel has an unmanned entry system which we weren't warned about. Host had not sent entry code by 1pm check in. Guest arrived at 3pm and we spent 2 hours phoning, messaging, etc. to try and get into the building. Avoid.

The room looked well presented as I walked in, Although when you have a closer look upon things, I noticed Large spider webs in the bathroom by the window. But the main complaint is about the horrible private parking located out back, It really is a nightmare & if the other guests have parked like idiots you could potentially be there for a while trying to get in or out. Personally I don't think the stay was worth the money I paid for unfortunately.

The house itself is very clean and the front door access is fine The security box for the key is incredibly hard to access and took me about 15 minutes both times to get into the room to get this key and when I was leaving as well There is no warning in room 12 that you will bang your head as you walk in.. I am only 5 ft 8 but banged my head straight away as in an attic type room. There are no warnings About this. I hit my head a further three times in the night getting up and trying to turn the fan on and then turning the TV on... Because not only is the entry got slanted but the room itself is very small and walls are slanted so you bang your head easily Apart from that the TV worked and the kitchen was okay. However the coffee machine with pouches doesn't come with any instructions so again no idea how to use it so had to boil a kettle and use another normal Coffee sachet which was very strong. The car park at the back is incredibly hard to get out and in when there are other cars It took me ages to reverse forwards and backwards to get out thinking I would crash into the back fence which is very close to the space itself or crash into the cars next to me The property shown on the photo on hotel.com it's not the same as the front off the house I would give it about 3 out of 10 very disappointed

The only problem we had with the room was it was freezing! It was warmer out in the hall

Comfortable clean quiet. Only issue was parking. No space for me!

Room was clean, checking in was simple and straightforward. Parking is tight... But it's free parking in an excellent location. Nothing to complain about.
