WoodSpring Suites Lebanon

Room is good for price.. Need vessels to use kitchen amenities.

Having a kitchen is really nice especially, when or if your staying for longer than a few days. The staff was wonderful they were very nice and helpful with anything you needed.

Felt very comfortable. Staff was helpful. The cleanness was good an kitchen was great. Was satisfied with the overall stay.

We had stayed at this property previously. At that time it was in need of some TLC. This stay, however, the property and staff were definitely much better. I do recommend that you keep your doors locked. We have travelled for work for MANY years, 30 years to be exact, and I have to say that this was the first time that a member of the staff opened our door while my husband was sleeping. Kelly, the general manager, opened the door to my husbands room after 9:00 P.M, and told him that he needed to pay for his stay. Now it has been my experience and observation that ALL rooms are checked for occupancy soon after the 11:00 A.M Checkout as the rooms need cleaned before the next occupant arrives. We pay for our stay week to week and upon getting our room keys reset, Kelly was in the front office and knew that our room was already paid for, if not, then she should’ve verified that before making late night room checks. I’m still unsure as to why she would be making those room checks so late.
