This is a gem for the price. Clean rooms. Lots of parking. Courteous staff. We stayed there for two nights during one of the storms prior to Christmas. I was bored, so I grabbed one of the shovels and did the exits on the two buildings as well as the stairs to the office. I was thanked by the manager and given a Tim's card, which was very nice of them (I didn't expect anything for my efforts). Will use this hotel again when travelling north.
