Nice hotel with very spacious rooms. Very comfortable. Excellent room service staff. Pleasant drive from Kolkata except the last 0.5 KM. And it has a lift (unlike what EXPEDIA site states). Food was superb Bengali cuisine.
However, there are serious issues and communication gaps between Expedia and hotel accounts. At the time of checking out, I was told that I have 'not paid' the room tariff to Expedia because Expedia had instructed them to collect the money from me. This soured the entire three days' of a very pleasant stay.
