Staff was super helpful and just amazing and our experience was first class. Room was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Parking is as shown in the street view. It is a car elevator that goes to below ground secure parking.

The staff was wonderful. My wife twisted her knee touring the town and they were very helpful, making reservations, bringing ice for the knee, etc. The location is great, across a narrow street from the beautiful cathedral. We drove to the hotel and the underground parking was very convenient. The room wasn’t large but very comfortable. Breakfast was good but not great. All in all a great experience.

Beautiful Hotel in an Excellent Location
A very nice, modern hotel in an excellent location for exploring Granada. The property has a contemporary feel and is well maintained. The main drawback was the bathroom, which was surprisingly small. Housekeeping could also be improved, particularly when it comes to replenishing basic amenities such as bottled water and coffee capsules. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few details that could be improved.
