Spacious and clean rooms. Staff were very friendly. On-site staff 24x7 unlike another hotel we stayed in ViK.

The family room was pretty spacious for a hotel room with a bed upstairs and downstairs, but the prices are very steep as we were traveling during a peak month. Our party also rented superior rooms which were pricey but had comfortable beds and showers. The breakfast at the hotel was good with many different options.
