booked through Expedia and payable at resort option chosen, while check out time they charged more than promised by Expedia, while asked they told me that taxes extra applicable by reception, after done the payment i checked again through with expedia they told taxes included in the amount promised, later the resort voided the first transaction and again they swiped me. so its took long time to do the check out process and wrong charges done by resort as well need to be trained staffs on this issue for smooth check out

The stay at Sterling Kodai valley was memorable. The room was neat and staff were courteous to serve us. The property is huge. We had a pleasant stay.

Maintenance guys came 3 times & still couldn’t start Z TV, Sony etc.
Bathroom too small & curtain small so water comes out.
Took ten minutes to print bill & give it to us.
