Very good welcome by Juan! Super view and delicious food at the restaurant!
Attention to shower door that is not sealing 100%, making a water mess on the floor.

The location is great
The staff is very accomodating to reguest and offer help in a passionate way. I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there
My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The restaurant had no problems with me desiring to eat in my room instead of the establishment. Will stay there again on return

Don't be fooled. This resort does not have a spa or spa services as advertised on expedia. However, apart from that, it was a lovely hotel.
