A simple request for an earlier checkin (regularly scheduled at 4pm!) was reluctantly accepted but only for one hour earlier, and with a 10 gbp fee! I refused. Soundproof is next to non-existent. My bed was leaned to one side. It is clean, and the breakfast (served only at 8) was delicious.

Great location to see the Butt of Lewis.
Rooms were spotlessly clean and well presented and a good choice of food for the evening meal n breakfast. Staff were wonderful and helpful.
