8 / 10Eccellente·lug 2026
Due to it being summer, there should be ice water near the front lobby that is free to guests. We know there are hydration stations but no cups. I had a hydra flask but others did not and complained that only hot coffee was available. It was 80 degrees out. Also my room key died twice and I only stayed for 12-13 hours total. The maids were nice enough to help me in my room but they also seemed bothered. I understand they have a job to do and should be directing people back down to the front desk. Upon recovering my car the valet left a large tag hanging from my mirror which I didn’t notice until I was already on the freeway. Plus they added another one on my keychain i had a hard time removing.
All amenities were nice and rooms are very nice.
