Franz Guest House

Francesco and his team are very kind and helpful and responsive. Within minutes of my Expedia reservation - we were able to confirm my early arrival on WhatsApp. His team is also very accommodating and efficient and I had a very easy check-in and check-out. This is across the street from It's Coffee and amazing Asian food including Koi Sushi next door and Supero fresh food market. Monteoliveto is parallel to Toledo and very easy to reach Municipio and other historic points of interest such as Santa Maggiore. Great + convenient stay!

Since before arriving at the hotel we were very well informed by Francesca who constantly communicated to give us suggestions about Naples and guide us with restaurants and touristic sites, the super nice and clean room with everything you need even kitchen. Veronica quiet we received excellent very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it. Extra point only them asked how was the night and if everything went good!!

Grazie, Franz!! We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Our host, Franz, was wonderful! The house is just as pictured and it’s located a short was from the historic center. He even left us snacks for us to have! He was great at communicating and even allowed us to check out later and was very helpful!
