Location and view were stunning, room so well appointed and decorated. Service was beyond what would have been expected, they were so useful. Breakfast was yummy and a welcome change from what we had been eating for weeks.
There was no way to block the light from the door which made falling asleep hard and we were awake very early; that would be even worse in a month or two but we would choose to stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location to enjoy Jiufen old street. In quiet area but close to everything. Staff was very helpful.

The customer service was exceptional! They showed us to our room, took their time to give us details and directions for everything, and even offered to take our luggage to and from the bus stop. Would definitely come again!!
