Parking is very limited due to the neighboring hotel charging for use of the shared parking lot. This should be clearly noted on Expedia, as guests may need to pay the parking fee upfront, even if our hotel later reimburses the cost. While reimbursement is appreciated, it can still be an inconvenience for travelers on a budget. Because of the limited parking situation, I would likely choose another hotel in the area that offers complimentary unlimited parking.

Everything was excellent except the shower which needed updating and was a little bit gross. It seemed that every other aspect of the room had been updated and was lovely.

While the receptionist was helpful, it's an old property in need of repairs. The bathroom was in terrible shape. Okay to spend night.
